I contacted the company after frustration with having to constantly clean out a builder-grade dryer vent cover that would get clogged with lint and reduce dryer efficiency. Avery was responsive and keep me informed of arrival time, which is great when trying to plan your day. He replaced the vent cover and cleaned out the dryer duct. He provided efficient and professional service, along with a reasonable price. Will recommend him to friends and family and use his services yearly going forward.

We had a great experience having our driveway and sidewalk pressure washed at our house. From start to finish, they were very professional and confidently advised we would be very satisfied with their work. We were VERY satisfied with both price and quality of the work. It hasn't looked this good since it was first built. We plan to get quote for entire house window cleaning next.

Very efficient and friendly! Took care of a birds nest in our dryer vent. Volunteered to replace the hose and connection on the back of our dryer. Drove to Lowe’s and got all the parts. Definitely worth having Avery come out to your house for any similar work!

I was searching for someone to soft wash my home when Avery knocked on my door one morning. First of all I was very impressed that he would solicit work this way. He was in the area doing another job and finished early. I took a few minutes to review his website and read reviews. He worked hard for the next 3 hours pressure washing and cleaning windows. He did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use Whitinger Works again.

Avery was timely and professional. Being a 24 hr breakfast chain, our windows were gross to say the least. Tackling kid prints, grease, dust, and dirt isn’t an easy task but he made light work of it. Our establishment looks wonderful. Thank you so much for a job well done!

I contacted Avery when my dryer duct was clogged. He set up an appointment to arrive within 24 hours of my phone call and kept me advised of his arrival time by phone. And he quickly cleaned out the vent and was able to find me a new outside cover for the duct entrance. When he could not find the color at the company that he usually uses to acquire supplies, he spent extra time, making phone calls and was able to get me the color I needed. Overall, I found him to be responsible, responsive, reliable, and very pleasant to work with. I certainly will use him again in the future and highly recommend him to others.

I contacted Avery last night to see if he could help out with our dryer situation. It would take 2x the normal dry cycles to even dry our clothes. Found out that our hose wasn’t fully connected and it was only giving out half of the exhaust! He came the very next day after contacting him. Thanks so much for fixing it up! Would recommend to anyone for his service amongst the other things he does! He’s a great guy, and I appreciate small businesses. Thanks again!

Avery is an exceptional young man as he is punctual, polite, informative and many other positive attributes. He and his team cleaned our dryer vent (with video of it before and after) with expertise and also pressure washed our driveway. Avery came out and did a great job on my dryer ducts. There was still a big clog that was stuck deep in there a few days later and he quickly came out to try to resolve the issue. My vent was super backed up and this helped free the lint that was trapped in there. Would highly recommend

Great customer service and great work! Avery came out after I tried to use the DIY Home Depot kit to clean my dryer vent.. there was a ton of lint I was unable to get and multiple build up spots. He has a variety of tools and cameras to ensure it all gets out. Highly recommended!!!

I wish I had found this business before wasting money on others who didn’t fix the problem. Dryer was taking hours to dry. Avery came out on time and knew immediately diagnosed the issue and cleaned the dryer duct from bottom to rooftop vent. Now things are drying in less than 1 hour!!! Thank you!! And great rate!!

Wow, what a great job Avery did on our driveway. We have a very large driveway and walkway to the front door. It had been years since it was last cleaned and it was in horrible shape. I was concerned about having someone I didn't know do work on our house but I must say, they did a great job. Very happy with the results. Can't believe the difference. After the driveway was completed, I had them clean out the dryer vent in our house as I can't remember if it was ever done. Looks like a full garbage bag of debris came out of the vent and now our dryer seems 100% more efficient. Overall, very happy with the service.

I reached out to Avery Whitinger because we have had issues with our dryer vent not working properly. Avery provided a fair estimate upfront and was the exact amount paid for his services. He arrived on time (even a little early after asking if it was okay) and explained everything he was going to do and look at. I was amazed that he had a video device that went up our vent to check and see if there were any issues with the vent! Not only is our vent working well now, he went above and beyond - while on the roof, he noticed some weather damage, took photos, and sent them to me - offering help with contacting insurance about repair coverage and even recommended a roofing company. I would definitely recommend using this company to have your dryer vent cleaned and inspected before contacting a HVAC company (which are often 2-3x the price).

Found Avery after seeing on Nextdoor and have been wanting to get our dryer vents cleaned. Contacted him and he was very responsive and flexible in scheduling. He found that a screen that wasn’t removed from the builders so that blocked our air flow tremendously, cleaned the vents and have great air flow now. Love doing business with small businesses, give him a call!!

Saw the van on Thompson Bridge Rd in Gainesville. Dialed the number while driving in order to have it in my phone for future use. Avery called me back immediately. He had an opening the next day so he signed me up to have my windows cleaned. Called me the next day to say he finished a job early and was on his way to me if that was OK? Of course, I said, "C'mon!" He showed up and knocked out cleaning my windows by the end of the day. Good communication and strong work ethic. Great service from a go-getter. I will be using him again and recommending him to everyone!

I called to have my clothes dryer duct cleaned and was very pleased with their prompt reply. Avery was able to come out the same day and clean our the dryer vent under the house and inside. He was very professional and went the extra mile to repair the end of the vent which was torn and install a bracket to hold the vent up. Avery was kind and kept me informed of the work he was doing an even took photos of the work under the house that he did. I will definitely call Whitinger Works again.
